IRJRD offers a range of values-based training opportunities to assist schools in implementing the Texas Model of Restorative Discipline. Skills trainings in restorative practices include circle facilitation for classroom management and climate change and Tier II and Tier III interventions. Implementation trainings are customized for individual campuses and districts.  They include administrator/leadership readiness, restorative coordinator training, and teacher training. Strategic planning and consulting are available upon request to help ensure long-term sustainability. Contact IRJRD at irjrd@austin.utexas.edu for costs.
